Aim1: Ensure that the work of a future career. The first we should have a clear objective then talked to the goals of development.
Aim2：to enjoy learning. IN China we have old saying：knowledge in the books will bring gold and beautiful girl. So, enjoy studying is also important.
Aim 3:knowing your strengths and weaknesses. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. Only we have clearly known ours weaknesses before we can have a clear aim, we can have better development.
