The status of women on business

I read a news was about women still under-represented at management level on google.It shows Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace agency (EOWA) had a reserch about women had a low percent of executive key management personnel positions at companies in the the top 200 companies on the Australian Securities Exchange. ^ Minister for the status of women told her consider and the fact to pubic.

In last decades,women always fight for their rights what to hope achieve same status as man. Despite progress on many things,but still hardly same with man.It is not just at management level but also in revernue and other aspects in business.This is a global issue that not just happen in Australian.

In my view that cause this problem from three aspects.First, universal views of morden society,a lot of man thought they were stronger than women and who is still social leaders.
Second,the companies deem women demands are big such as maternity leave but maybe can not create equal value as men. So companies more inclined to male. Third,although more and more women like to pay more time and attition on business that willing to sacrifice their lives but still most of women more like to manage their families in particular when they have babies.

Though women’s problems on work slowly decreasing,but solve this issue need for a very long time.Woman pay more attition on families than business has become a major setbacks.
