How to achieve:
During the three artcle, there are some suggsestions what can help you achieving the aims of academic study.
1. reduce class-size
Small class will have more chances to use the equipment and teachers can save more time for lecturing and engage creatively. Small class has less noise than the big one. Students of the small class have more chances to communicate with the teachers. Teachers can monitor the students more easier.
According to the record of three projects in USA STAR 1985-89. Class size reduction and SAGE, there is a benefit of 0.2 standard deviations and minorities have larger gains in the smaller class which students are less than 17. In the class which numbers are over 17, only a small profit of about 0.05 to 0.1 standard deviations was noted. Therefore, to decrease the number of students in every class will have some effects for achieving the aims of academic study.
2. Teaching methods still a key role in the education. Choosing the suitable teacher is very important for students. Students will pay attention to study and will respect their teacher when they make a good choice. Then the academic skills of them will improve very quickly.
According to the research of Catherine Lewis, the discipline in Japan is very strict and rigid, but the students have rights to choose the teachers and classes. So they get a high-level achievement of academic.
